The food was absolutely delicious! We enjoyed everything we ordered, from the fresh chips and salsa to the flavorful tacos, burritos, and dessert. And the house margarita? Perfectly balanced—not too sweet, not too sour. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Tulio, who was incredibly kind and attentive. As for the food, every dish I sampled spoke to the creativity and passion behind this Latin-inspired culinary concept founded by Bri Parenteau, Douglas Herbst, and Chef Tulio Alas. The perfectly seasoned elote and fresh ceviche were standout starters—bursting with flavor and meticulously prepared. For the main course, the birria tacos were tender, juicy, and undeniably tasty. However, the real showstopper was the “Flan-tastic Churro” dessert, a decadent trio of flan, churro, and ice cream that left me wishing for more. Beyond the exceptional food, Bar Tulio’s also offers an impressive array of drinks. Their classic margarita was crisp and refreshing, but I highly recommend branching out to try one of their specialty blends, like the Smoked Pineapple Margarita made with Mezcal Joven. The venue’s atmosphere is elevated by 12 large TVs airing everything from UFC fights to NBA games, and the DJ’s music selection keeps the energy high throughout the night. Overall, Bar Tulio’s strikes the perfect balance between great cuisine, a vibrant setting, and top-notch service—an absolute must-visit in Wynwood. ”

“ I loved my experience here. We ordered elote, nachos, wings, short rib birria tacos, a fish taco, a couple drinks and the churro dessert. When the dishes arrived I realized the food was much more elevated than what I initially expected. Miami isn’t known for its Mexican food so I was very surprised about how good the execution was. The nachos came out like a pizza, the smoked pineapple mezcal drink I had is what you would find at a mixology bar and the wings have to be the best I’ve had in multiple years. It’s hard to explain because it’s a sports bar but hopefully the pictures will make it more clear. I plan to be back soon. ”

“ There’s nothing better than Bar Tulio’s happy hour. You can literally eat tacos and drink margaritas for under 20 — whaaattt? We got 3 tacos (carnitas, beef, and chicken) and 7 margaritas, and 9 guacamole (our favorite). Everything was delicious, the atmosphere is amazing, and the vibes are super nice. My friends and I love going there to catch up, spill some tea, and enjoy good food! P.S.: We love you Tulio!!! ”
